The Devonshire, Soho, from August 2024.

I am very grateful to my good friend Oisin Rogers for placing two of my works on permanent display at his now world famous public house and resteraunt in Denman Street, Soho, London.

This version of Felicity – Platinum Queen is, to date, the largest print ever made, and hangs on the landing just above the gound floor. Every person eating on any of the resteraunt's three floors will walk past it. As such it has now been seen and admired by hundreds of thousands of people.

Rock A Bye Baby (In Green), a portrait of Oasis band member Liam Gallagher, hangs in the Green Room. It was created to celebrate The Oasis Live '25 Tour, and the long-awaited Oasis reunion. This new version is a reworking of a 'true' holographic portrait, which I shot and created at my private pulse-laser holography studio in Richmond-upon-Thames in 1997. The original hologram portrait was reshot and further creatively manipulated to produce a new 3D lenticular image. This 'green' edition was inspired by the Green Room at the Devonshire Pub, Soho, London, which added the first copy to its fine collection of contemporary artworks.

It is not possible to appreciate the sculptural and luminous quality of Rob's work in two dimensions, such as on this website page or in an exhibition catalogue. It is highly recommended that you view the work in person.
