Equanimity at Historic Royal Palace's 'Life Through a Royal Lens'.

Kensington Palace, London

4th March - 30 October 2022

In 2022, Rob Munday's portrait of Her Majesty the Queen was chosen to represent and be featured in the Historic Royal Palace's platinum jubilee exhibition entitled 'Life Through a Royal Lens'.

The exhibition's own publicity states: 'Life Through a Royal Lens is a new exhibition exploring the Royal Family through photography and brings together some of the most iconic images ever taken of the Royal Family'. I am therefore especially grateful, not only to have my portrait shown alongside those of Cecil Beaton, Norman Parkinson, Lord Snowdon, David Bailey, and Annie Leibovitz but also chosen by Kensington Palace's curator Claudia Acott-Williams to represent and promote the entire exhibition.

It is not possible to appreciate the sculptural and luminous quality of Rob's work in two dimensions, such as on this website page or in an exhibition catalogue. It is highly recommended that you view the work in person.
